I've had my standing dish drying rack now for about a month. First off, this rack is great. If you've got the space above your sink, this provides so much storage/drying space for dishes and cutlery. It's definitely converted me to having this kind of rack whenever applicable in my dwelling. Secondly, full disclosure, when it initially shipped, it was sent with a few incorrect parts, so I was only able to put it together with two crossbars for the suspended shelves. I reached out to customer service and they worked with me to coordinate the shipping of the correct parts. I received them a few days later, and now I have all three crossbars to utilize. They were helpful and quick in correcting the error.
